5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

5.4 Renewals & Cancellations

- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
6. User Content
“User Content” includes any text, prompts, images, videos, or other inputs submitted by you.
- You own or have rights to the content you upload.
- Your content does not violate any law or infringe on third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to process it solely for generating AI prompts. We do not claim ownership of your submissions.
7. AI-Generated Outputs
The prompts or suggestions generated by the Service are automated results. You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- You are responsible for any use of these prompts in external AI tools.
- We are not liable for outcomes or results produced using third-party AI platforms.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- Upload content containing malware, hate speech, explicit material, or copyrighted content without rights.
